Terms & Conditions — ppvop Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ppvop website and platform ("ppvop", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ppvop platform — including the live casino, sports betting section, slots library, cashier, and any promotional features — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by ppvop from time to time.

ppvop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ppvop platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The most recent version of the Terms is always the operative version.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the binding, authoritative version for all legal purposes. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to ppvop is provided on a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive basis. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ppvop account or any rights arising from it to any other person. ppvop reserves the right to withdraw access to the platform at any time without prior notice, including where we have reason to believe that these Terms have been violated.

To open a ppvop account and access real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ppvop strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity verification documents (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at registration or at any subsequent point. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of a ppvop employee in a role with access to non-public operational information.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must hold only one single ppvop account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held across them may be forfeited.

ppvop applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or before your account is fully verified:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile money statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account linked to your registration details)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed satisfactorily. ppvop reserves the right to close any account that fails KYC verification and return deposited funds (less any bonuses already utilised) to the original payment method where operationally feasible.

ppvop supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

ppvop does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile financial service provider may apply its own standard transfer fees in accordance with their own terms — ppvop has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to a third party will be reversed and the originating account flagged for review. ppvop does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, third-party e-wallets operated under another person's identity, or anonymous payment instruments.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing review to confirm that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and that KYC verification is complete. ppvop targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted after 18:00 BST will be processed on the next business day. ppvop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the ppvop cashier.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or any other operational issue that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, ppvop reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly, regardless of the elapsed time since the error occurred. Any funds withdrawn as a result of a crediting error remain recoverable by ppvop.

ppvop offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between an individual offer's terms and these general Terms, the individual offer's terms prevail for that specific offer only.

General bonus rules that apply to all ppvop promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each offer page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Exact contribution percentages are published on the relevant offer page.
• Maximum bet while on a bonus: While bonus funds are active, bets exceeding the maximum permitted stake per spin or per round (as stated on the offer page) will void the bonus and any winnings accumulated using that bonus.
• One bonus at a time: A maximum of one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless an offer explicitly permits bonus stacking.
• Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (if any) remains withdrawable.
• Abuse and exploitation: ppvop reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any player found to be exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, syndicated play, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse.

All bets and wagers placed on ppvop are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market, in addition to these general Terms. By placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the rules before participating.

Sports Betting: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ppvop follows standard industry settlement rules for incomplete events, abandoned matches, and walkover results. In the event of any ambiguity regarding settlement, the decision of ppvop's trading team is final and binding. ppvop reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started and is not explicitly offered as an in-play market.

Live Casino: All live casino games — including those powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are governed by the rules of each individual game variant, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, bets already confirmed and accepted by the game server will be settled in accordance with the game's technical outcome. ppvop is not responsible for losses arising from a player's internet disconnection.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot games and Random Number Generator (RNG) table games are supplied by certified third-party providers. Each game's RNG is independently tested and certified. ppvop has no ability to alter the mathematical model of any certified game. Malfunctions in a game supplied by a third-party provider will be settled in accordance with the provider's malfunction policy; ppvop will apply the provider's ruling to account settlements.

Maximum winnings: Certain games or markets may carry a maximum win cap per single bet, spin, or round. Where such a cap applies, it is displayed within the game interface or market details. ppvop reserves the right to apply a platform-level maximum payout cap of ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) per player per calendar day across all products combined, regardless of the theoretical maximum payout of individual games.

ppvop prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to gain an unfair technical advantage over the platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all winnings derived from automated play may be voided.

ppvop is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools and resources that help players stay in control of their gambling behaviour at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ppvop account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on total deposits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum tolerable loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, ppvop will automatically prevent further real-money wagers for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in and playing for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts showing your net win/loss position and time played during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off or self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During any exclusion period, ppvop will take all reasonable steps to prevent access to the account, suspend promotional communications, and block re-registration.

ppvop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime
• Operation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform
• Abuse of the bonus system or promotional offers
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or exploit software
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy
• Any other conduct that ppvop reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, ppvop reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity, it may be forfeited in full. Where a balance represents legitimate deposited funds not derived from prohibited activity, ppvop will make reasonable efforts to return those funds to the player's original payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of a voluntary closure request will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

A closed account may be reactivated at ppvop's sole discretion. Players who have requested self-exclusion must complete the full exclusion period before any reactivation will be considered. Reactivation requests are subject to a full KYC review and responsible gaming assessment before the account is reopened.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvop shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the ppvop platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet disconnection, device failure, or network instability beyond ppvop's reasonable control
• Errors in game software provided by certified third-party game studios
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party mobile money operators or card networks
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any decision made by ppvop's trading team in good faith in relation to sports betting settlement

In any event, ppvop's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that an error has been made in the settlement of a bet, game round, or account transaction, you must submit a dispute in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be entertained. ppvop will acknowledge receipt of all disputes within 48 hours and aims to provide a full response within 10 business days. The decision of ppvop's disputes team, following a full internal review, is final and binding. All disputes should be submitted in English for the avoidance of ambiguity.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ppvop in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the subject matter herein.
